Born and raised in Connecticut, I moved to Tucson in January of 2016 to help launch the HomeGoods Distribution Center as the Training and Development Lead. For over 20 years, I have been involved in Leadership Development and Organizational Development; building leaders and the corporations employing them. It has been my privilege to help leaders find the growth potential for themselves and their businesses while cultivating optimal results. I am excited to use my experience to further support the continued success of GR Financial Group.
As my wife can attest, I am a passionate and results-based individual (a principal I take with me in to every trip at Costco). I have always been a stat, probabilities and mathematical analytics geek, especially for baseball and football. I love having meaningful discussions and debating about why the Dallas Cowboys are in great shape for next year, every year. I was privileged enough to blend the pair of strengths by being a LB/RB positions coach for the Catalina Foothills High School Football teams in previous years.
My family is a huge part of my life and I can’t imagine where I would be without them. My wife, Caroline, daughter, Abby and son, Samuel are a blessing that I thank God every day for. I am looking forward to connecting with our clients and discovering how I can best support their success.
