“Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.” – Mother Teresa

I am the front line of the GR team, with a specialty in customer service. This first started from my days of working at Tucson Airport Authority. During that time, I encountered people from all over the country; some famous and some not. It was then that I discovered that people of all kinds wanted the same thing, which is to be treated with respect and kindness. My appreciation for people grew and continues to deepen through my career. On a memorable note, I will never forget John Travolta, who flew his own Gulfstream, walking into the private aviation terminal late one night… talk about star struck!!! Also, for you football fans, I had the privilege of meeting Walter Payton, which is one of the many autographs I still have today.

After getting married and having my first child, I entered the business in 1997 as a receptionist for a large brokerage firm. Within a couple of months, I was promoted to Cashier in the Operations area. My main responsibility was to handle all monetary transactions for an entire office of twenty five brokers and fifteen assistants as well the clients. I was then cross-trained as a Wire Operator and responsible for processing trade orders, trade corrections, and trade errors. Working in operations, I gained my experience of compliance for this heavily regulated industry.

Ten years later, I was invited to join the team as their Administrative Assistant. This was a side of the business I had not yet fulfilled, but was ready for the challenge. In the eighteen years here, I have discovered that I absolutely love my team, but most importantly my clients. I will always strive to provide excellent customer service with a smile.

I was born in California, but I have lived in Tucson my whole life; it is my home. I am happily married to a wonderful hard-working man of thirty one years and the mother of a very good daughter and son. I live for my family. God has and continues to bless me every day as I walk the path of my journey in life.
